46 Sport and Fitness is proud to now offer on-location sport specific strength and conditioning for individuals and teams in the Ottawa-Gatineau area
Individual training sessions can be either 45 mins or one hour in duration. This will depend on several factors such as the client’s training history, availability, experience, physical state, family situation, sport of choice, etc.
Being that we are huge hockey fans we have playfully named our programs after the ritual of awarding the three stars after each NHL hockey game.
